Can I get a refund on an item that I have won?

If, within 14 days of delivery, you decide you no longer want the item, we will be happy to refund the final auction price that you paid as well as the original delivery costs. The item must still be in its original packaging and must not be damaged. Please contact our customer service team for details of what to do, making sure to include the auction ID and your user name. However, please note that we cannot offer you a refund on the cost of the tenders that you placed on that auction nor the return shipping cost.
