We want you to enjoy the item you won, but if, for whatever reason you decide that you do not want the item, please get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll explain what to do next. When you contact us, please make sure that you let us know:

• Your user name
• The auction ID of the item you won
• The reason you’d like to return the item

Please note that we can only offer a refund on the final auction price of the item you won as well as shipping costs. However, we cannot offer you a refund on the cost of the tenders that you placed on that auction.
